Title named is "First White Christmas" I usually paint Aceo sized (2.5" x 3.5") paintings for Ebay. This was inspired by our NE Ohio First Terrific Snowstorm this past few days. The snow was like a postcard. It put me in the mood for the holidays. This is a traditional little watercolor painting. I used salt technique on the background to give it the depth of the snow shower. Then added the foreground flakes with liquid acrylic. I've been trying out flesh tones by mixing new gamboge, tourquise and winsor yellow. It's good for bruenettes.
